1 sweet potato, cut into chunks
1 cup peas
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stock, diced
3 kale leaves chopped
1 T Nutritional yeast
Place all the vegetables in a pot and fill with water until the vegetable almost but not quit covered.
Place on medium high heat and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till everything is tender or slightly al dente.
Remove from heat and stir in nutritional yeast, cover and allow to rest for 5min.
Remove lid and let cool, keep in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
This is not a balanced meal by itself and should not be considered a soul source of nutrition.
