2 cups Soymilk
1 tsp lactic acid
¼ tsp salt
Place Soymilk, lactic acid and salt in a sealable 1 quart bottle.
Shake vigorously until everything is well blended, then refrigerate overnight.
Instant Buttermilk is a great cup for cup replacement for any recipe that calls for dairy buttermilk. Makes fantastic vegan buttermilk pancakes and biscuits and has a shelf life of 2 weeks.
Liquid will separate, shake well before using.
