1 T ground flaxseed meal
3 T water
With a fork, whisk together in a small bowl, the flaxseed meal and water until they are well combined.
Allow to rest for a few minutes and let the flaxseed meal absorb the water and become gelatinous.
Whip again with a fork and use as directed in a recipe.
