1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup non-alkalized cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup refined coconut oil
1/4 cup Soymilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 T chucky peanut butter, softened
1/4 cup semi dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Place beans, cocoa, sugar, oil, Soymilk, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Pour batter into dish and swirl in chocolate chips and softened peanut butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center, when it comes out clean, it's done.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
