2 cups apples, diced
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a large pot combine the apples and water, cook on medium high until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 25 minutes stirring occasionally with a flexible spatula.
Add sugar and cinnamon and continue cooking until mixture is thick and has a jam like consistency.
Let it cool and store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
This jam is perfect for making Toaster Tarts!
